Open role
Facilitator / Trainer
One role, open across all our centres — Accra, Kumasi, Tarkwa and Tema. You'll teach weekly sessions, coach competition teams, and grow alongside the students you're training.

- Passion for STEM education and youth development.
- RiSE Alumni or practicing engineer.
- Ability to work with children and teenagers in a patient, encouraging manner.
- Proficiency in at least LEGO Mindstorms/EV3 construction and programming.
- Availability to commit to the weekly schedule as agreed upon.
Responsibilities
What the work looks like
Five things every Mikrobot facilitator is responsible for, week to week.

Curriculum delivery
Teach the Mikrobot curriculum in weekly sessions, adapting the pace to the group in front of you.

Mentorship
Guide students beyond the lesson plan — confidence, curiosity and following a build through to the end.
- 03
Competition preparation
Coach teams towards Robofest, the World Robot Olympiad and national competitions.
- 04
Skill development
Keep extending your own technical range as the kits, software and curriculum evolve.
- 05
Class management
Run a calm, well-organised room where every student gets hands on the kit.
